I usually love ginza but i went with my cousin and grandma yesterday and our server, Yessica, had made us feel unwelcome and was very rude. When you are a server you are supposed to greet people with smiles and be kind she did not do that. She got mad at my grandmother for trying one piece of my sushi. It felt like we were being judged the entire time. Yessica and one of the other servers stared at us like the whole time waiting for us to do something and then they would tell eachother. Love the food here and the atmosphere but do not love yessica .

Those who give a good review to Ginza sushi place just do not how excellent sushi should look and taste like. Ginza's sushi are way too big that do not fit your mouth, they are totally loose and fall apart and has no taste, just blend. They are loose to the point that you can see through the wholesale between ingredients, impossible to pick up a piece with chop sticks because of the big size and because it falls apart. I tried eating with the folk, didn't help either. I had to eat with hands. Never ever have I had to eat sushi with hands. Bottom line, I will not go back there nor recommend to anyone. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

We enjoy Ginza and their endless sashimi/sushi/rolls for many reasons. The fish is always fresh and delicious. The sauces are tasty and combine well within a roll. The presentation is beautiful and everything is made to order. That means that you have to wait just a bit for your food, but it also means that there is no waste of food as often happens at an All-You-Can-Eat places. It is my understanding that if you order more than you are able to eat, you would be charged extra for the unfinished food. Personally, I would not know, as I am very good at pacing myself and I know what and how much I will eat there. Every time it is a lovely and satisfying experience. A bit of a tip, the green tea is not included in your service. Hibachi and appetizers are. I would definitely recommend it!

This place was great. The pieces of the rolls were so big I had to take two bites or risk looking like a squirrel with my cheeks all puffed out. The waiter was a little at time rushing asking if we were ready yet but I’m guessing he was trying to get us under the cut off for unlimited. The sushi was really good, some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time.

Salmon sashimi superb!! Eel sashimi wonderful!!spider roll I took two bites and was over it, barely any softshell crab and what was there didn’t quite smell or taste right. the general tso chicken breading and sauce not to my particular liking. This restaurant’s strength is the sashimi. I haven’t had better sashimi in Florida. Definitely five star in that area, I wish I could’ve given them five stars I really wanted to. The dishes looked nice but the taste was not reflected in the appearance. Maybe it was just an off day✌️
